Dr. Irfan is Research Assistant (Ph.D.) at the IPR-Chair, Osmania University since 2021. He has done is LL.M. (Corporate Laws) from Osmania University, PG Diplomas in Cyber Laws, Patents Law, ADR from NALSAR, and Ph.D. in Online Dispute Resolution from Osmnaia University in 2019. He is visiting Faculty at University College of Law, Osmania University, Hyderabad since January, 2019 teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students of Law. He is a Guest Lecturer at Symbiosis Law School Hyderabad, and NMIMS School of Law Hyderabad.He was Teaching Assistant and one of the subject-experts for 7 Swayam Courses/MOOCS, including a Course on Intellectual Property Rights and Competition Law in India. He was Project-Fellow (Law) in UPE-Centre for Advanced Research and Training -Governance & Development (CART-G&D) at Osmania University, Hyderabad. He along with Prof. G. B. Reddy are the Editorsof the Book, Intellectual Property Rights in Knowledge Era: Changing Contours, published by DPIIT-IPR Chair, Osmania University, and authors of the research paper on Intellectual Property and Human Rights: Finding a Balance Between Protected Rights and Public Interest, published in Journal of Indian Law Institute (2022). He is the Associate Editor of Osmania University Journal of IPR (OUJIPR), which is the biannual journal published by the IPR-Chair.
